Compilation of entry business plans to satisfy Pubco and Brewery requirements and support application: includes advise and consultation meeting, production of full written business plan with competitor review, trading plans and expectations and forecast Profit and Loss and cashflow analysis
Business Support Services & Operational Development:
Operational and Financial advice and recommendations on selected and focus areas of the business to including business development, service levels, retail standards, marketing, promotion, advertising and cost controls. Price on request
Accountancy & Business Consultancy Package: Monthly package £200 p/mth
Includes full business set up and VAT registration, monthly profit and loss and cashflow report, commentary on key performance indicators, identification of cost saving and profit opportunities, quarterly VAT returns and production of end of year accounts. Monthly meeting with Business Consultant to review profit and loss and performance indicators and offer advice on operational performance and opportunities.
Mystery Shopper Reports: £100 + travel & food/drink expenses
One evening and daytime visit with written overview and recommendations report
Business Health Check: from £750
Includes mystery shopper visit, review of existing accounts and Profit and Loss (on availability) and review of current services, style of operation and offer. Production of written report on key performance indicators, trading opportunities and weaknesses.
Investment Services:
Business Plans for investment proposals with Pubco/ Brewery from £250
Investment Support Package: pre investment visits to review competitors, target market, customer base and offer, opportunities and recommendations on staff training, marketing and reopening planning and preparation. Post investment mystery shopper visit and review of trade v forecasts and expectations. from £850
Business Consultancy or Project Management:
All aspects of projects considered and undertaken for operations, property or estates work and development. Day rate of £250 + travel expenses or fixed fee to be agreed
