Course Title	SIA Door Supervisor Course
Duration	Over 4 days or during weekends and/or evening sessions. The total training time will always be 30 hours, which includes two hours of exams.
Target Audience	All employees within any organisational sector
Assessment method	Multiple choice Question Paper
Key Issues	In order to obtain an SIA licence you will need to show that you are trained to the right level. This applies to front-line staff only.
Certificate	To get one of the qualifications linked to door supervisor licensing, you will need to attend a two part training course and take and pass two exams.
Syllabus	Part 1 - Role and Responsibilities of Door Supervisors in the Security Industry Environment (14 hours) Part 2 - Communication Skills and Conflict Management (14 hours)
