Knight Training Licence Application Services

Knight Training provides licence application services in respect of personal and premises licence applications under the Licensing Act 2003.

A premises licence is required for any premises from which 'licensable activities' are conducted. Licensable activities include: the retail sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late-night refreshment. The application is made to the local council in whose area the premise is situated.

Costs

New premises licence application service:
£495.00

Major variations service:
£295.00

Minor variations service:
£70.00

VAT @ 20% will be added to the fees quoted above.

Additional costs

Council premises licence application fee: based upon the non-domestic rateable value of the premises. We will ascertain this cost before proceeding with your application.

There will also be a charge for the Public Notice that has to appear within 10 days in the local News Paper, each News Paper will charge specifically to it's local rates.
